Our CX Success Assurance services are a key element of why our clients work with us including:

 

  • CX Clinics – usually 2-4 hours in length, either virtual or on site, occurring weekly, biweekly or monthly for some committed period of time usually quarterly, semi annually or annually. Each clinic results in us producing a CX Clinic Summary report. Our CX Clinics provide your CX teams access to our deeply experienced CX talent at a highly competitive cost starting as low as $2000 per month.
  • CX Audits & Assessments – We provide structured audits to define your progress against goals incorporating a series of key stakeholder interviews, one or more working sessions and producing a CX Audit Diagnostic and Report. Typically conducted monthly or quarterly this Audit and Assessment provides a powerful external perspective and assurance mechanism whether whether elevating your Customer Understanding, improving Experience Design, refining or defining CX Strategy, embarking on CX driven business transformation, improving your CX Metrics and Measurement including VoC, EFM and Voice of Analytics capabilities, instantiating a CX Center of Excellence, improving your delivery of CX ROI or improving your CX Tech Stack. Audits start as low as $5,000 all inclusive.
  • CX Staffing – Often all you need is an extra resource or two (or ten!), for a given period, full time or part time. We have access to a deep bench of CX talent including CX Analysts, CX Metrics Specialists, Marketing, Sales and Care improvement specialists, CX Strategists, CX Metrics Specialists, CX Technologists, JOurney Mapping specialists, CX facilitators, CX Persona, Segment and Audience specialists and CX Program and Project Managers.
  • Teams of CX Specialists With Added Tools (CXSWAT) – And sometimes our clients need turnkey teams of CX Specialists (what we call CXSWAT). Either committed to working with you to provide specific contracted deliverables or as groups of resources working under your direction we pride ourselves on a cost effective model that delivers the same resources large consultants, agencies, BPO’s and integrators provide at 30%+ lower cost (we know because we provide resources to them as well and that is what they charge over and above our rates).
