Today I am honored to be appointed as a member of the University Of South Florida Muma College of Business Advisory Panel for their Customer Experience Certificate Program.

As one of the larger US public universities, with over 50,000 enrollees, USF is one of a handful of schools who recognize the growing importance of CX by launching formal courses and qualifications.

The importance of the work that schools like USF are doing, spreading the understanding of and skills related to the CX movement, cannot be underestimated and I hope I can contribute in a small way to that impact.
